	Henry Borchers, President & Chief Executive Officer
	In 2002, Henry J. Borchers was hired as Victory’s Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Victory, Henry was the Assistant Controller of Atlantic Express Transportation Group. Prior to that he was a supervisor for a Cranford, NJ based Accounting and Auditing firm and spent 11 years at the American Stock Exchange. Henry’s prior knowledge of the transportation and finance industry allowed him to accelerate the growth and performance of the company. Henry holds an MBA from Rutgers University and a BS in accounting from the New York University Stern School of Business. He is also a CPA, a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. In March of 2006 Henry Borchers was promoted to President and Chief Executive Officer. Henry has pledged to maintain the standards, quality and customer satisfaction that have always been Victory's hallmark.
	George Lazzari, Vice President
	George currently serves as Vice President. George graduated from New York University's Stern School of Business with BS Degrees in both Marketing and Management. George served in the United States Marine Corps and has over 30 years of experience in the moving and transportation field. He is privileged to enjoy an excellent reputation in the industry.
	Kate Miley, Director of Client Services
	Kate currently serves as Director of Client Services. Kate graduated from College at Staten Island with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Prior to joining Victory, she held several management positions at the corporate offices of Victoria's Secret and Golden Books.
