The federal public private partnership conference was held in Washington DC this week.  Jim Simpson moderated a panel discussion on how P3’s can be a valuable tool for states and localities to repair and upgrade existing infrastructure assets including brown fields. The P3 market is expanding to include broadband, renewable energy technologies and brownfield development in the United States including utilizing over 4 million miles of roadway.
